Arrive in Delhi on flight from Europe in late night. 

After you have cleared immigration and customs formalities, you are met outside the arrival hall by our representative, who will be holding a sign with your name. He will escort you to your vehicle and will introduce to your driver.

Start your drive to Mandawa On arrival check in at hotel Mandawa is a quaint village in the Shekhawati Region known for its colourful frescoes on every subject under the sun that is ranging from the religious to the erotic; from copies of popular English prints to witty social satire, rendered in the inimitable style of the local artist. The history of Mandawa is all about these beautiful forts and Havelis. One of them being the Mandawa Fort. Built by the Shekhawati ruler, Nawal Singh, Mandawa Fort till today has preserved its glory and grandeur. Beautifully painted murals and paintings, arched doorways, pictures depicting mythological characters and domed structures recreate the vintage medieval ambience. It was around this Fort that the township of Mandawa slowly developed and tourists from all over come to visit this town in Rajasthan.

After breakfast, proceed for tour of Mandawa.

Enjoy a walking tour of the painted havelis of some of the leading business families of the country. Some of the better known Havelis of Mandawa are Chowkhani Haveli, Goenka Haveli, Saraf Haveli & Ladia Haveli. These havelis remind you of the prosperity of trading class in middle ages. In those days, it was a matter of style and status symbol to build big houses and decorate it with fresco paintings. 

After lunch at hotel, drive to Jaipur. On arrival check in at hotel Jaipur the capital of princely state of Rajasthan is an essential stop in any tour of north India. The old walled section of the city is known as the Pink City; it was painted red (a lucky color in Enjoy Dinner with Puppet show at the hotel

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for sightseeing of Amber Fort which is a classic, romantic Rajasthani Fort Palace, with its rugged, time-ravaged walls and fascinating palaces inside. Enjoy the ride on elephant back to climb up the hill to enter the fort (Elephant rides are subject to availability. If elephants are not available then we will provide jeeps to reach the fort)  En-route, stop at Hawa Mahal - Palace of Winds the most famous landmark of Jaipur, for a photographic opportunity. Hawa Mahal built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh is the most stunning sight in the city. The palace, part of a huge complex, overlooks one of Jaipur's main streets and was originally constructed to offer women of the court a vantage point, behind stone-carved screens through which to watch the activities taking place in the bazaar and the surrounding streets.

Amber Fort

The front courtyard of the complex, is adorned with the magnificent, pillared hall of the Diwan - i - Am, and the two - tiered painted gateway Ganesh Pol. The palace of mirrors, Sheesh Mahal, is of special interest. It has walls inlaid with exquisite mirrors. The Jas Mandir, perched on the upper floor, is a superb amalgam of Mughal and Rajput style of architecture as is evident from the exquisitely carved Jali screens and fine mirror and stucco work.

In the afternoon continue with sightseeing of Jaipur visiting City Palace complex. 

City Palace was built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh and the royal family still uses a section of the palace. The exquisite 19th century Mubarak Mahal or The Palace of Reception which used to serve as the reception area of royal guests was built by Madho Singh and is now converted into museum which show cases a bewildering array of royal costumes of the charismatic prince Sawai Madho Singh. Apart from the royal costumes, on display at the museum are some intriguing 15th century royal armory that have been very well preserved Jantar Mantar is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world. The observatory has 17 large instruments, many of them still in working condition. 

Experience the unforgettable Rickshaw ride through the bustling Jaipur roads. Evening enjoy a Bollywood movie at a local theatre

After breakfast, check out and drive to Karauli

Karauli has a vivid and glorious past which sits perfectly at ease with a quaint, semi-pastoral present-the very quintessence of the charm of small town India.Its foundation was laid in 1348 AD by the Yaduvanshi Raja Arjun Pal ji, from whom the present Maharaja and owner of Bhanwar Vilas Palace is descended 

Bhanwar Vilas, the sprawling Art Deco palace in the picturesque town of Karauli is the property of the erstwhile rulers of Karauli who have turned their historic home into a hotel. It does not carry the “heritage” label as a mere token but strives to preserve it in everything from the interiors to the lifestyle offered. Built by Maharaja Ganesh Pal in 1938, it has been a heritage hotel for the last twenty years and the owners bring all their experience to bear upon providing an unforgettable stay. A visit to Karauli and Bhanwar Vilas is a must for the discerning traveller with an appreciation for niche destinations where culture and history continue to flourish.

Afternoon visit the city palace

City Palace 

The former residence of the rulers, the magnificent city palace stands in the centre of the walled city which retains a lot of its historical charm with winding streets lined with shops selling lacquer work bangles and local handicrafts. The palace built in the 14th century is a massive structure, with beautiful murals, stone carvings and lattice work which have been carefully restored by the owners.

Among the numerous temples within the palace itself is the famous Madan Mohan ji temple, a popular pilgrimage site. The evening aarti ceremony at the temple is an unforgettable experience with its elaborate rituals and the depth of feeling attached to it.

Enroute enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting Fatehpur Sikri 

Fatehpur Sikri

Fatehpur Sikri (the deserted city) was made the political capital of the Mughal Empire by Emperor Akbar between 1571 to 1585. The capital was later shifted to the city of Agra due to the lack of water in the area. There are majestic buildings built by Akbar in the complex. Guide will explain you the history and intricacies of these monuments which have a blend of Islamic and Hindu architecture.

After the visit, continue your drive (1 hour) to Agra.  On arrival check in at hotel 

Agra is renowned world over for the fabulous Taj Mahal which is situated on the bank of the river Yamuna. Agra is a city with a glorious past and has the distinction of being the capital of various ruling dynasties.

Early in the morning proceed for sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. 

Taj Mahal

This is a life time experience to visit the Seventh Wonder of the World, built by Shahjahan as a memorial to his wife Mumtaz Mahal by the banks of river Yamuna. After her untimely death, Shahjahan had her mortal remains buried in this mausoleum. And after his own demise he was placed to rest next to his beloved queen in the same. 

The Taj has been called the most extravagant monument ever built in the name of love. The great monument took almost 22 years to build and was completed in 1653. Around 20,000 workers from all over the country and central Asia were recruited to translate this dream into a reality. (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays).

After the Taj visit, return to your hotel for breakfast. Late in the morning visit the Agra Fort.

Agra Fort

Agra Fort was built by by Emperor Akbar in 1565. The high red stone monument stretches for around one and a half miles. The palace is notable for its smooth blending of Hindu and central Asian architectural styles. See the Diwan-i-Am (hall of public audiences), Diwan-i-Khas (hall of private audiences), the Khas Palace, the Sheesh Mahal (palace of mirrors), the Shah Jahani Mahal (Shahjahan’s Palace), Jahangiri Mahal (Jahangir’s Palace) and the Akbari Mahal (Akbar’s palace) inside the fort.

Post lunch enjoy an orientation city tour of Delhi 

Drive past India Gate and orientation tour of Government buildings – The Parliament and the President House. This is a photographic tour as you are not allowed to enter these buildings. Evening, you will be escorted to an Indian speciality restaurant in Connaught Place for dinner. This is heart of Delhi, known for its imperial style of corridors and variety of shops. Once you had your first introduction with the Indian cuisine, you are transferred back to hotel for overnight stay.
